Happy Fun, Free, Friday lovelies!
Typography instantly draws us to any words. We associate certain ones with kids, others with formal events, and still more with a clean business environment. I was fascinated when I saw the series Marmalade Type created by Rus Khasanov. Each shimmering letter seem to be made from soap or a special oil, but is actually typography made from photographic interference. This is definitely a reminder that I need to brush up on my photography skills. It’s amazing what we can capture!
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…taking it easy. My little lady is actually really busy with a mock dance exam and a birthday party besides her usual activities. I may volunteer at a charity sale and try out this foot mask I picked up in Korea. It’s still a busy weekend, but I still hope to have a relaxing time!
What are you up to this weekend?
Have a lovely weekend!
Wow seriously cool that these are made from photographic interference.. I need to go see if there are any interviews with this artist about his technique.
