When you travel, do you like to travel to bustling cities or beautiful natural spots? I like to do a little bit of both but preference actually tends towards natural scenery unique to that area . Ā My bucket list includes: Antelope Canyon, the Northern Lights, and Banff among many other spots. Ā I hope to drag the kids along when they’re really able to appreciate the stunning natural vistas in each place. Ā Connor Surdi’s nature photography reminded me why I love to travel. Ā Hopefully I can cross another place off my list this year!
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…welcoming back my husband and attending a few more celebrations. Ā My husband has been out of town on business and it will be nice to have our family together again. Ā Hopefully he’ll also bring some Japanese Kit Kats as well! Ā Mmm, sakura green tea kit kats. We’ll attend a small Lunar New Year gathering and also have a small birthday celebration for a friend. Ā There is a tradition here of yee sang or tossing a colorful prosperity salad. It’s basically a lot of shouting and food in the air, lol.

I love both, nature and city which is why living in Canada is perfect, I get a good balance of both. And OMG, I love those Japanese Green Tea Kit Kats! They are the best!
