Sometimes everything gets really tiring – the daily grind, houses/apartments to maintain, and errands that need to be completed. Â A break is definitely needed. Â Take the break but also know when to move forward and make a positive adjustment to your routine. Â It is easy to become complacent and not want to take a step ahead. Â But if you go with a forward momentum, you may discover new things that could change everything (hopefully for the better!) Â It may not be easy, but the results could be worth it.
Keep moving, don’t let anything stop you, and find something wonderful!
To the #shredcrew girls, I’m with you on the fitness routine (in my own small way, I’m still sick!)
Have a lovely week!
Nice words to hear on a Monday evening when the weekend seems so far away! xo
Wonderful quote to think about…
But I’m on a rest period right now and
on a contemplative mood.
Ahh…maybe tomorrow I’ll move forward ♥

Yes, movement of the body or spirit is all important. I’m trying to keep moving forward but it is endless work with never a break. Sometimes all you need are those small signs of encouragement to keep you going!
These are beautiful- I’m obsessed with everything about the first picture, too! Gorgeous.
I need to keep this in mind. Great post!
Great advice! The second photo reminds me of a ballet my husband and I like to see every April – Alonso King’s “Lines.” The dancers’ bodies are amazing!
Such a lovely post and so incredibly true!

Lovely inspirational images.
Amazingly beautiful! And speaking of “keep moving” I just saw this thing on tumble that said: “the key is to been breathing”, sometimes all you can do is breath and move on.

So with you about the grind and complacency, one needs to know when its time to change things up a bit, it can be a very slight something (a new lipstick) or a big something (aka a trip to some place wonderful) Kind of feeling that latley..anxious to move, too many decisions, the house consumes me and I have kind of fallen to the wayside a bit….so made a spa booking for later in the week and cannot wait!! Anyway so nice to find your lovely blog…great to “meet” you. Please stop by my newish blog too..www.theenchantedhome.blogspot.com
Its about the buliding of our new home and my love for design/decor. Have a great evening!

That last photo is beautiful, and I can definitely say there are many times when I just want to stop, wish I could have back a few hours to just do nothing with.

I do believe my shredding might be sidelined for a bit too! Darn bugs!
Very inspiring. For the first time in weeks, I worked out–movement certainly makes one feel better.
