Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!
Fun Finds
Just step back and view the results of 600 hours of designing/building and 200,000 LEGO pieces – this is The Millennial Celebration of the Eternal Choir at K’al Yne, Odan (an enchanted futuristic city) created by Mike Doyle. It is just plain stunning isn’t it?

Otherwise this weekend I am…
…checking out “The Art of the Brick” aka cool sculptures made out of LEGO bricks. I had the good fortune to win a pair of tickets. Luckily I wanted to visit this exhibit anyway so this came in handy. I’ve been fascinated by Nathan Sawaya ever since I first read about his Hugman sculptures that were randomly placed on NYC streets (and of course subsequently got stolen because they were so cool!) Imagine walking down the street and seeing a LEGO sculpture hugging a street pole? Now that is random and cool!
What are you doing this weekend?
Have a fabulous weekend!

seems more medieval than futuristic (well, spaceships aside) but still seriously cool!
WHOA that is insane. i can’t even imagine how many hours it took to build that!
I am gobsmacked, this is a wonder, how on earth did they do that!! You’re so lucky to get tickets, enjoy it!! I appreciate you stopping by, hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Wow, that’s incredible. I’m amazed by the things the dude can build with his Legos. I’m clueless with them. Ha!
The LEGO exhibits are awesome – they remind me of my childhood visits to Legoland! 🙂
That is stunning!
My plan WAS to finally go see GG movie but because of the holiday we’re going on a weekday instead. So will just be home, lazy, and maybe take a photo or two as its so cold out all of a sudden and been craving an opportunity to wear my new jacket 🙂
