It’s funny how I used to hate gold jewelry when I was younger. Now I’m all about golden touches from a sequined rim on a sun hat to bold chain necklaces.
Perhaps my style has grown up a little or rather I navigated towards classic like gold tones. But it’s also a function of spending most of my time in a sunny climate now. So I’m not just wearing gold more, I also wear dresses or skirts all the time. I just feel more comfortable (particularly if it’s a midi length!) Short sleeves with a bit of drama add versatility and flair – keep the waists comfortable, but cinch it if for a little more elegance. I also love how the perfect accessories from earrings to a functional, but chic hat are the perfect finishing touches.
