Do you get bought in by “hot” products?
I’ll admit it, I do! I don’t necessarily run out and get the product right away. But I keep the name in the back of my mind, read a few more reviews and of course wait for it to go on sale somehow. That is how I decided I wanted to try out Smashbox Photo Finish foundation primer. I had been trying out a few foundations and BB creams and this was a great base to wear under any of those products – it even made my somewhat heavier Bare Minerals Ready Foundation smoother and less heavy! It has a smooth, gel to dry consistency and really did make my skin easy to work with in terms of layering products.
I put the primer on my hand and as you can see, the lines on the right side were smoother and less noticeable. It was like a nice gel layer evened out those tiny lines!

Sometimes hot products are hot for a reason and I’m definitely glad I got to try it out (look out for sample sizes as well which are less expensive!)
