Color really transforms a space. Ā A room’s colors set the mood for the room. Ā Will it be dark and elegant? Ā Or will it be bright and bold? Or will it be a clean white palette opening the door for accessories to liven it up. I was reminded about the use of color and mood when I saw these colorful spaces by Anna Carey.Ā She made renditions of rooms that would exclusively use one particular color. Ā Even an industrial space is transformed when it’s in a bright, cotton candy pink hue right?
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…basically recovering from the week! I shared on Instagram that my little lady has had a skin infection. Now we’re administering a cocktail of medicines and creams to help her recover. Ā She also got 6 stitches earlier this week because of a nasty fall so she can’t go to her swimming class this weekend. Ā What a week! Ā But we’ve also been itching to travel so I’m planning a somewhat spontaneous (with kids) trip to Vietnam! Ā I applied for our visas and am now looking for things to do and hotels in Danang and Hoi An. Ā I’ve always wanted to visit these cities so I’m so excited to finally go!
