I’m a native New Yorker, so obviously I have a lot of black clothing in my wardrobe. Ā I always had several pairs of black pants and quite a few black jackets. Now that I’m in a tropical climate, I’ve incorporated brighter and lighter colors into my wardrobe as well. Ā I’m currently hunting for a white, cover-up for the summer. Ā I think it would be the perfect transition piece from the beach or pool to lunch. Ā This gorgeous editorial featuringĀ Lily Aldridge & Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for Elle Australia June 2016 has me on the hunt for white dresses as well.
I always have a few staple white pieces of clothing for summer. Ā I have a favorite white Milly sheath dress with the coolest boat collar and gold chain. Ā It looks a bit like this Milly dress and I love the fit and versatility of it. Ā I’ve worn it everywhere from work to parties (not weddings of course). Ā Little white dresses are similar to little black dresses in their versatility. Ā Thus, it makes sense that I’m always drawn to white clothing and dresses during these warmer months. So I’ll keep on looking for a perfect white cover-up and dress for my summer parties.

Those white pieces they’re wearing are gorgeous! I would probably fit into NYC life well because I love black also. HaHaHa But I am embracing white. It’s so pretty.
