How much would you pay for a toy that both recaptures your childhood and combines stylish aspects of your adult life? If it’s a Barbie designed by Christian Louboutin decked out with multiple pairs of today’s hottest shoe designer, expect to pay about £107. Check it out for yourself here.
It seems like anything Christian Loubotin touches turns to gold. Or at least is really expensive.
Is it worth it? She does have a killer tiny shoe collection though I’m wondering why she’s in a catsuit.
I’m kinda intrigued. This is definitely a product that you get because it’s a collectible and you’re likely not a 10 year-old that will cut Barnie’s hair (it seems so much easier because there’s so little of it!) or ruin her.
Maybe if I collect Barbies. If I am to buy it for my niece then no b/c she will be without a head in about one week anyway. And all the shoes will disappear somehow. : ) xo
I do really adore! Yet the thought of not being able to play makes me sad! I love the catsuit one not the new one! Maybe I should buy 2?
I’m not the kind of person who collects much (other than shoes I can wear myself),so I wouldn’t get the doll – but I really enjoy looking at those tiny leopard boots. Aren’t they just the cutest?
It’s so tempting to purchase it, but I certainly do not need a Barbie!
That is so crazy! What will they come up next??
I’d rather buy a pair of his shoes instead. Though I must admit, it is tempting!! 🙂
isn’t she cute!! she is expensive but cute, I wouldn’t buy her though, you know… you save some more and then you buy a proper pair of Louboutin!! The new just came out!! 🙂
wow! ASOS has also created a fashionable barbie series!
if i had a little girl, this would be the only barbie she’s allowed to have. ha!
The shoes are great, but I was always more of an American Girl girl myself 🙂
haha – not worth it. but. definitely worth a blog post!
Hmm, i think i would rather spend the money on a pair of heels i could actually wear!!
OMG…my blog partner would love to see this…she is obsessed with Christian Louboutin…only she can’t afford a pair…:(
Love those tiny shoes and boxes. Barbie rocks. Although I’m not feeling her outfit this time around.
Mmmm… I’d rather save my $ for real Loubies that go on MY feet! 🙂

Enjoy the rest of your time in NYC. Safe travels to you and Mr. Gadget.
PS – As sick as this may sound, I think I’ll buy me one of those Loubie Barbies! Just hoping they’d come in a different outfit maybe.
yikes! i kinda really love this! my heart melted when i saw the boxes, shoe bags and those adorable little shoes & boots! does that make me crazy? 😉
this is tempting! i think the price is the only thing holding me back from buying. there are other collectible barbies that i’ve had my eyes on (kimora lee simmons, tarina tarantino) but i can’t get over the price. plus, the money saved on not buying the doll can be put towards buying the shoes 🙂
