Su-m 37 miracle rose cleansing stick

Su:m 37 Rose Cleansing Stick review

January 12, 2017

I never used to care about cleansers.  When I was a teenager, I would grab any cleanser off the pharmacy shelves from St. Ives scrub to Johnson & Johnson foaming facial cleanser.  But, as I got older (i.e. I had to really get out all those products off my face!), I started paying more attention to cleansers. I learned more about K beauty and started double cleansing.  This two step method has completely helped me thoroughly cleanse my face.  Since I travel a fair bit, I also wanted something that would easily make it across the world and not spill.  So I was definitely intrigued by the Su:m 37 Rose Cleansing Stick and eagerly bought one to test out.

It’s definitely a different type of cleanser. First, it smells faintly of roses which is nice and light.  I like a subtle scent.  Second, it contains real pieces of rose and rose water aids in removing oil and dirt, while also reducing redness and inflammation. Finally, the Su:m 37 Rose Cleansing Stick also contains minimal suds so you may not be used to the lack of bubbles.  But I still use it as a foaming cleanser to remove all the oil from my face.  It is also great that there is minimal surface area in this stick format so I can leave the cover off for a few minutes and it will dry without any sticky residue.

I’ve been pretty satisfied with the Su:m 37 Rose Cleansing Stick.  It is effective and not drying, though perhaps not as deep cleansing as some of my other cleansers.  But I’ll definitely keep it in my rotation.  It’s also my go to cleanser when I travel. I love its convenience and will definitely keep reaching for it.
