Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience

EDUN Spring Summer 2013
My first thoughts when I saw this stunning ad campaign by EDUN for their spring summer 2013 collection: 1. I want to play with an elephant and 2. it is amazing to sense the tranquility and power of one of nature’s most interesting animals (you can apply that to both people and elephants!)
I have never been on a safari but would most definitely like to go one one some day. I wouldn’t mind waiting a few hours riding in a jeep along those tall grasses just to catch a glimpse of an elephant, giraffe, or lion. Patience is certainly a key to seeing these elusive and beautiful creatures.
Patience is certainly a key to appreciating many things in life. Whether you are putting in your time at a demanding job so that you can make it to the next level or peeking through the oven window for a favorite cake to rise, you need patience in order to obtain the desired result. A person practicing patience may also learn acceptance, humility, and diligence.
So, despite all of the unfortunate events in my life right now, I will practice patience and hope that something beautiful awaits me.
Have a lovely week!
This shoot is incredible. Patience is a hard one, but I was just watching this great video this week and she was talking about how even if things aren’t going as fast as we’d like them to go, we’re miles ahead of those who aren’t even trying. It puts things in perspective. Hope you’re off to a great week!

Oh I love these photos. I need a photo shoot with an elephant!
Hahaha….idk about patience. U will laugh at my comment but here goes. I can hardly think of patience when all i can think of is the odor of elephants….in small spaces, with models holding poses….yeah ugh. Maybe it is patience that is necessary to endure the odor. Lol
You are hilarious B! But that is true, it probably took a LOT of patience to photograph models with elephants!
Hi dear, please come to Safrica and I will take you on a safari here! You will love it! Its true, you have to be very patient when looking out for them. It takes an entire day to sometimes just spot one lion or rhino. Love the shots in the rain shower, looks so refreshing!
So true about patience!!! Lovely images!
LOVED LOVED LOVED this spread. Jeneil Williams looks AWESOME
