“We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.â€

One of the favorite traditions that my husband and I share is to share a dance in our living room. We rock out to almost everything from Pharell to Adele and Sam Cooke. It is our fun, silly little thing that covers a variety of situations from relieving the day’s stresses to celebrating a new event.
I saw Lisa Tomasetti’s photographs above and immediately thought about the fun of dancing. It is usually an activity confined to dance floors or stages. But why not dance whenever the mood strikes (err, and if bystanders don’t find it too strange!) I love the combination of these wonderful destinations (New York City, Paris, Tokyo) and the dancers.
Why don’t you make the most of your time and dance today?
Have a lovely week!
These are so marvellous. Dance itself is a wonderful thing…makes life so much better when you can just let go and dance around even if you look silly doing it too. Fantastic photographs, love them :)) Have a wonderful new week doll xx

You know, funny that you should mention this, I was dancing this morning when I made breakfast–so nice to have some little moments of sheer joy and happiness each day. I love your tradition with your husband, so sweet and the kind of thing that really binds people together I think 😉
