One of the most magical parts of the holiday season for me is seeing how different retailers decorate their store windows. I just loved looking at those windows as a kid (ok I still do now!) Holiday windows bring to mind all the wonderful things I love about the holidays like playing in the snow, reading stories while buried under a warm comforter, and enjoying time with family while wearing something sparkly and completely season appropriate.
I saw the Anthropologie holiday windows and liked the simplicity of the displays. White winters can be so beautiful (ok at least the first few days!) and it makes me appreciate the beauty of the season along with an optional beautiful coat or two. I think a white cutout background would also make a fabulous home display too.
It’s a beautiful sight and we’re happy tonight, walking in a winter wonderland!
Blogger buddy Kim also posted the Harrod’s holiday windows here and I love the Lord & Taylor windows as well.
What are your favorite holiday windows?
these displays are so magical, its such a pity we have none of this atmosphere here (due to it being hot and summery). Its a beautiful decoration!
I always love Anthropologie’s window displays, and this year us no exception! Some of my favorite memories are driving to my grandparents’ house in the woods on Christmas Day, since that was the only time all year we got to see snow.
Awesome displays! I love Anthro, and these pictures are making me want to go shop there this month!
SO SO SO beautiful ! I just love this season ! Everything looks so magical !
