Fun Finds.{Art Highlight} Waste Landscape

One man’s trash can truly be another man’s treasure.  Artist Elise Morin used 65,000 unsold or donated CDs to create this gorgeous landscape.
It makes you think: are there things that we don’t use anymore but could be remade into something beautiful?

    Wow! Who knew that old CDs could be so beautiful?! Remember those AOL CDs that we’d always receive in the mail in the ’90s? This is what we should have done with them!

    This is awesome! We had an exhibit here in DC a couple years ago featuring Native American art made of trash cans, old clothes, etc. It was amazing.
