I grew up surrounded by white walls. My parents just didn’t want to deal with different swatches of paint or fixing up wallpaper. It was fine because at least I could at least put up some cool posters (Impressionist painting posters and inspirational quotes were my thing!) But as I got older, I wanted a little more on my own walls. My husband and I had almost all of our walls painted when we moved in. The living room is a soft shade of dusky blue. The baby’s room is in the lightest gray while our daughter opted for pale pink in her room. Our room is a rich, but light shade of blue. While I love all the colors and they certainly reflect our tropical surroundings, I would love some wallpaper too. I just adore the options these days from gradient wallpaper to artistic and abstract ones. I’m definitely putting in wallpaper some day and love the possibilities. I wanted to share five gorgeous wallpapers that will make your home pop in case you want to make a statement too.
Five Gorgeous Wallpapers that will make your home pop
1. Florals, especially statement floral wallpaper, are stunning. I’m still in love with Ellie Cashman’s designs.
2. I’m appreciating abstract art more and more and this panoramic Pierre Frey wallpaper truly looks like art!
3. The MuralsWallpaper Solomon design is also abstract, but softer and lovely as well.
4. I instantly fell in love with the feel of this Sian Zeng Hua Trees wallpaper – it’s so elegant and beautiful!
5.The level of detail in the Pierre Frey “Toile de joy” wallpaper is wonderful and the characters are so lively!
These are such fun wallpaper ideas! 🙂 I would love to be a little more adventurous with our walls – they are all cream at the moment, haha! 🙂 For obvious reasons wallpaper isn’t the best in a humid tropical climate though!
Hope that you are having a lovely week 🙂
