Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!
Fun Finds
I love how something simple can be transformed into something dramatic and utterly amazing if used in a different way. These little pinwheels (5,000 of them!) were hung in long lines from the ceiling of the Victoria & Albert museum by the artist Najila El Zein for the London Design Festival. I love the dramatic effect in this doorway.

Otherwise this weekend I am…
…in my home city and favorite city – New York City! It’s a crazy visit filled with baby banquets, family get togethers, and lots of good food. Of course I’ve already scoped out what to eat and where to shop. I have long lists of what to buy and what to bring back. Ahh the life of an expat means going a little crazy when you go home and visit! I’m even contemplating whether to take a trip to Woodbury Commons since we will be in NJ anyway and can just drive up North a bit further. Hmm decision, decision!
Please also note that posting is light this week and next week because I don’t have my computer. But I’m making homemade marshmallows, holiday candy, and taking some pictures around town – these goodies will definitely make it to the blog in the next week or two! I hope to still stop by your blogs when I can as well!
What are you doing this weekend?
Have a fabulous weekend!

What a beautiful doorway!
Oooh! Have FUN! This is the best time to be in New York. Hope you do everything your heart desires 🙂 It’s going to be a rainy mess for us tomorrow. I’m doing some household chores and catching up on some reading. Finished shopping. I’m ready for Christmas. I love those pinwheels! They are so beautiful.
