Starfield library in Seoul
I have a few typical must visits when I’m on vacation: a restaurant serving some tasty local fare, a major historical site, and a museum for the kids. I never thought of visiting a library while traveling until I saw the Starfield library in Seoul. This library is right in the middle of COEX mall, the largest underground mall in Asia. More than 50,000 (Korean) titles line the towering shelves. There are also various themed cultural performances through the week. This library was built as a reminder of how enjoyable a brick and mortar shopping (and reading!) experience can be. It is quite a site to behold and makes me want to bring the kids there.

Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…getting ready for Seoul! It’s a pretty busy weekend full of birthday parties and play dates. But I’ll be packing up for 3.5 people (I half pack for my husband lol). It is slightly easier when we visit a city so I know I can pick up simple things if we forget something. But we always have to pack an extensive backup medication pack for the kids including an airchamber which take up a good amount of space. Here is to hoping it won’t rain too much in Seoul next week either!
What are you up to this weekend?
Have a lovely weekend!
