FFF – Renaissance style portraits featuring recycled fabrics and princess parties

April 5, 2019

Happy Fun, free Friday lovelies!

Renaissance style portraits featuring recycled fabrics

How much of our clothing is sustainable? I’m trying to buy fewer pieces. I’m also paying more attention to the materials and companies that produce my clothing. So it’s really interesting to see how sometimes familiar fabrics or items could also be remade into clothing. These Renaissance style portraits featuring recycled fabrics are fascinating. Suzanne Jongmans created these portraits and they have the familiar, almost ethereal vibe of Renaissance paintings. But she has reused bubble wrap, foam, and polystyrene in the most amazing ways. I reused packing materials as toys, but like the reminder that ordinary things can be reused in such unique ways.

Otherwise, this weekend I am…

…hosting the little lady’s birthday party! She’s very excited for her superhero princess party (so basically crowns and capes). I’m of course spending evenings doing whatever prep I can. At the end of it, I don’t expect a Pinterest perfect party, but hope she has a lot of fun with her friends. I’m also helping a group of women with their business plans this weekend. I love to teach (if I know a little something about the topic!) and hope to encourage some future small business owners!

What are you up to this weekend?

Have a lovely weekend!

What a material of un-ambiguity and preserveness of valuable familiarity on the topic of unexpected emotions. https://Caferule.com/
