Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!
teamLab Crystal Installation
I love interactive art. Many of the interactive art displays I’ve visited recently have a digital component as well. I came across the teamLab installation “Living in the Botanical Garden” and thought it was so cool. Stand still long enough and flowers grow around you. Draw animals and watch them appear or even dominate this new world. Learn more about this delightful digital forest here.
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…running around doing a few things. We are going to a friend’s house so I’ll be baking this gluten free carrot cake (my favorite gluten free recipe that doesn’t taste gluten free!) I’m also interviewing a new babysitter so I can get some relief. Fingers crossed she works out! My little lady is also now fully in swim class and getting over her fear of the water. I’m so proud of her and hope to join her in the pool soon! On the other hand, the baby has a cold and I hate hearing his little coughs. We’ll see how it goes!
What are you up to this weekend?
Have a lovely weekend!
Oh no! I hate it when the little ones get sick, you just feel so helpless! I hope the wee one feels better soon.

Interactive art installations are really next level these days. This one looks stunning!
Oh no, hope that the baby feels better soon! IT’s so hard when they are sick.
That looks like such a great display! They had something similar at the aquarium in Sydney when we visited – you could create an animal and they would put it up on the projector screen, sadly we had some hungry and unmotivated toddlers so we didn’t get a chance to try it out!
Hope you had a great weekend! We did a lot of Christmassy things like putting our tree up which was good. They predicted wild weather but thankfully it stayed away all weekend.

That installation looks incredible!
You always find the coolest Art/fashion installations. This looks amazing.
Hope your baby is all better now!
Speaking of interactive art displays, I recently went to see the Yayoi Kusama exhibit. Which was quite nice but I think this botanical garden thing seems so much better. 😉
I loved Yayoi Kusama and hope to visit her museum in Tokyo too!
This must be spectacular to see in person! So gorgeous.
I’m so happy for your little girl. That is wonderful. I hope your son feels better soon.
