Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!
Fun Finds
Did you play with invisible ink as a kid?
I think I drew with them but also liked sketching with fluorescent markers and then seeing them shine under a black light. This concept of the invisible and visible art was carried through in Seattle by Rainworks. They created invisible sidewalk drawings that only became visible when it rains or is exposed to water. Isn’t that so cool?
Otherwise this weekend I am…
…traveling to Taipei! We will be there for a few days to meet with my brother’s family and my parents. It will be so fun to have a mini family reunion there. It may actually be rainy there as well though I doubt we’ll see cool invisible water activated art there! But I am looking forward to relaxing and eating some good Taiwanese food (grilled sausages with wild pork and fresh mango ice are a must!)
What are you doing this weekend?
Have a fabulous weekend!
This is wonderful, I saw something like this a few days ago, would love to play around with it myself. Haha!! I hope you have a fantastic time on your trip..it sounds like bliss!! Xxx

That is such a fun form of street art! It gives a little motivation to head out on a rainy day when you might otherwise not want to.
Sounds like you’ve got a great weekend ahead – have a wonderful time with your family!
Chic on the Cheap
