Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…keeping it simple. Ā We will see a few friends over various meals and I am thinking of baking banana bread with chocolate ganache as well as a few extra chocolate truffles. Ā I was inspired of an Entenmann’s version of this cake from my childhood and well, who doesn’t like Entenmann’s baked goodies right (it might be a NYC area thing though). Ā I think it will be the perfect snack to accompany a lazy Sunday afternoon movie session at home when a friend comes over as well.
