Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!
Empty Streets in NYC
I’m a NYC girl through and through and always get a little nostalgic when I see picture of my native city. I was captivated by Genaro Brady’s project “Desert in NY” which depicts a few famous spots, completely empty. NYC after all is the city that never sleeps and there are always people bustling about, especially in spots like Times Square and some of the famous skyscrapers. That’s why these scenes, taken on Thanksgiving Day, are especially beautiful and serene.
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…off to San Francisco! We are flying cross country and will arrive in time for a weekend lunch (hmm though we will have eaten by then and will just be exhausted!) Hopefully we make it to a weekend market
What are you up to this weekend?
Have a lovely weekend!
Le sigh…these images are just breathtaking! It’s stunning to see an empty NYC!
xx
Beautiful pictures! Hope you have a lovely weekend 🙂
So now I know what you meant by taking back those Real Technique sponges to Asia! LOL! How long are you guys in teh US for?

We are in the US for another week. I always take back so many suitcases worth of stuff, lol!
These are amazing photos! You and I both know that one must wait around to capture any emptiness in the city. It is strangely soothing looking at them.
You always see these places during the hustle N bustle of times! It’s so beautiful to see them empty. Awww, have a great trip!
