Colorful pasta via the Pasta Ninja
So I’ve been low carb on and off the last few years. I wanted to concentrate on meat and vegetables while also foregoing the undesirable bloating from carbs. But my, there is definitely something satisfying about a nice bowl of pasta. I saw these whimsical and colorful pasta via the Pasta Ninja and just had to smile. Wouldn’t these be part of a fabulous holiday dish? I love that she dyes the pasta with natural ingredients too! How could you not play with your food if it looked like this?

…back in town and having some friends over for Friendsgiving. It should be fun and well, we really wanted to excuse to cook and eat! It’s so hard getting people together so I’m happy to host if I can see friends despite our busy schedules. I’m also hard core potty training the little guy since he’ll be in nursery in 1.5 months! Wish me luck!

These are so fun! I’ve been trying to be low carb as well. Pasta isn’t that much of an issue but I love my chinese noodles like e mein and ho fun.
