Otherwise this weekend I am…
…preparing for a belated birthday/holiday barbecue. Though I love having people over, I always stress out about the food – are there enough vegetables dishes, who likes cheese, and other ground-shattering details. My husband has convinced my friends and I to take a spa day though so I’ll be with a few favorite friends getting a body scrub while my husband preps a little for the barbecue. Psst, I’ll let you in on a secret though: I’m making the pasta salad tonight. It just tastes so much better when the flavors develop overnight.
