Many of us undoubtedly love Amazon and are loyal customers (I have Prime membership in 2 countries!) I definitely scroll through dozens of products and peruse reviews to find new products from its many vendors. It is how I discovered a new staple hydrating serum, the Innisfree green tea seed serum, which kept my skin moisturized in frigid winter weather.
But now Amazon has launched its own collection of skincare. Amazon’s new skincare line, Belie, has a few things going for it. The 12 products in this launch are focused (charcoal mask, moisturizing sunscreen, or micellar facial cleansing wipes). They contain key ingredients including charcoal, Hyaluronic acid, and peptides to name a few. They are also made in the US without parabens, fragrances, sulfates, and phthalates. The icing on the cake is that everything in the line is under $40 AND everything is 25% off. I have a few favorite products (ahem Drunk Elephant T.L.C. sukari babyfacial reveals my best skin!) but I’m always looking for the next great product too. It helps immensely that there is a one year guarantee so if I’m not happy, I’ll just send the product back!
Here are a few favorites from the collection:
Belei Ferulic Acid and Vitamins C and E serum, $28.50 (from $38)
Ferulic acid is a plant based antioxidant which when combined with Vitamins C and E enhances their stability.
Belei Oil-Free Micellar Facial Cleansing Wipes, $6.41 (from $8.55)
Micellar water is one of the best ingredients to gently, but effectively lift the dirt and oil from your face.
Belei Oil-Free Face Moisturizer, UVA/UVB SPF 50 Sunscreen, $15.68 (from $20.90)
Sunscreen is mandatory for me and I’d definitely be willing to try a good broad spectrum sunscreen.
Belei Charcoal Balancing Mask, $12.83 (from $17.10)
I regularly use a mask for deep cleaning (gotta clear the buildup!) and would try out this charcoal one.
Belei Triple-Peptide Eye Cream, $15.68 (from $20.90)
I love a good eye cream, especially one that is supposed to firm and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Belei Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid Serum, $24.94 (from $33.25)
Vitamin C brightens and evens out skin tone.
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…doing the usual running around with the kids. The little lady has her usual activities (sports and language) and we are also attending a birthday party. I am also going to get cracking on her birthday prep as well. Her party is in a few weeks but I hadn’t started because I thought we were still in early March! Every year we have a bigger party, but every year I also vow to keep it simple. I really am going to try to streamline the dishes and not go too crazy (hmm so maybe 1 dessert instead of 2?)
What are you up to this weekend?
Have a lovely weekend!
I am most tempted to try the eye cream and serum!
I’ll definitely be checking these out!
I still need to work down my stash but I will be checking this line out in the future. I see a few things that might work for my husband.
