I first discovered Zara when I was 15. I was on a summer study abroad in Madrid and happened upon this seemingly super popular store with well-priced but fashion conscious options.
Now fast forward X (oh my, high school was a longgggg time ago) years later and Zara remains an affordable, but fashionable option. I rediscovered it in London and I particularly love the uber clean lines of the Spring Summer 2011 line. It may be a bit too minimal for some, but it’s undeniably modern and easy to wear. I love the bright colors too!
Here are a few favorites from the collection:

Beautiful collection!
Simple, playful, modern with a dash of colour.
The first image is my favourite; it gives off a relaxed and comfortable, but chic message. I’m also drawn to white and blue. Have a sweet day;-)

i love the pictures but i’m pretty sure that this collection would not be as flattering on me. i love some definition in the waist.
Love Zara and have been a huge fan for years too! I remember the first time I discovered the store…it was the one across from Bloomies and I was working a few blocks away at Revlon probably back in like 95 or something. I’m dating myself 🙂
Happy Women’s Day, sweetie! xoxo

Crisp, clean patterns. Very simple. I like it! Plus, the androgynous look of the model makes the clothes even more striking! xo

I’m such a fan of that last look. Tailored just right and so classic!
Zara is definitely my favourite store. I can always go in there and find something I want! That leather skirt is amazing. I think they’ve styled it very minimalistic here, but you could totally make it your own style with accessories and other items.
I’m really in love with it!!! amazing!!! thanks for showing it to us!!!
I’ve never shopped at Zara, but that nude leather skirt is amazing.

I’ve always thought of Zara as kind of.. just more expensive highstreet tacky-trendy?
Clearly I was wrong!
