A designer’s aesthetic carries through all of his designs. So it’s natural that Dole & Gabbana’s Portofino home reflect their “maximalist” vision. Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s Portofino villa or villas definitely call to mind their over the top, gilded, and floral preferences. They worked with British architect David Chipperfield, who usually has a more minimalist style. Yet, his typical design showcased Dolce & Gabbana’s over the top and ornate decor beautifully.
Dolce & Gabbana Portofino home
The villa, or series of villas, are set in the most beautiful locale. They face gorgeous seaside views and the estate contains such lush vegetation. But when you step inside the villas, you are fully brought into the designs of Dolce & Gabbana. The gold tiled walls are simply jawbreaking. Imagine waking up in a gold bedroom! Their design tastes are also reflected in their statement making blue floral wallpaper. As a result, the home is bright, bold, and perfectly Dolce & Gabbana. I also love how their home reflects their tastes and their gorgeous environment too. Their home makes me want to visit Portofino soon! What is your favorite part of the house?
Oh wow. Luxe. Amd i wouldnt expect anything less really. The interiors are so opulent, but i am swooning over the Garden. Imagine frolicking under those olive treEs with resplendent ocean views for company!

This is like a dream vacation home! I’m loving the dining room with the vibrant floral wallpaper!
Just wow – how stunning. I couldn’t even design a home so colorful.
As a fan of D&G, this was so awesome to see! Wow! It is striking and as you mentioned, they took into account the surrounding landscape.
