Winter always gets me thinking about gray.
Gray can signify the muted sky during a cold day and can naturally signify sad times. But it can also represent a sense of being open and neutral, especially when you see it indoors. I’ve been lusting for a gray bedroom for years now (it will have to wait until we can paint the walls!) Then I saw a home done by Maison Hand in black and gray and was completely smitten with the results. It is beautiful in its sleek and sedate state; this beauty can both be calming and uplifting. I had never thought about doing a home in shades of black and gray, but love the clean look. Perhaps I’ll try it in at least one room some day!
p.s. I’ve written about my love for gray before here and there was also a monster storm in the Northeast then. Stay safe friends!
It can be a really lovely and relaxing colour, but too much can be depressing. I love it with pops of light pink, it gives a really sweet vintage like feel, like being outside with the flowers…wonderful :))) Hope you have a happy Tuesday doll xx
Pink and gray is one of my favorite combinations for decor. Someday I’ll have a pink and gray master bedroom 😉
Very chic, but a little too dark for my tastes. I prefer a lot of white for interiors – it’s so light and airy.

The black and grey looks great against the natural wood and beige textures.. I love the first image.

Pretty inspo! Gray is an awesome neutral.
I love a black wall! Mine are currently pale blue, but most of my furniture is black or white and my carpet is black. I love the deep contrast look!
