Do you remember sitting on your couch at home on a Sunday afternoon fingering through your family’s magazines as a child? My parents didn’t order that many magazines, but they definitely bought a few issues of “Life” magazine for its simple and beautiful images.
“Life” is an iconic magazine that needed few words because its pictures provided such a deep and meaningful portrait of the period’s life and times. I’ve written a guest post at dear Ciao Chessa’s blog (herself an amazing photographer) about “Life” magazine and some of my favorites pictures from its pages over the years.
Please head on over here and check out more pictures when you have a chance!
This looks great…heading over now.
I love these shots! The second one is definitely an all-time favorite.
Will go over and check it now! 🙂
