The restlessness and the longing, like the longing that is in the whistle of a faraway train. Except that the longing isn’t really in the whistleĆ¢ā¬āit is in you.

I’m certainly guilty of being a restless individual. I love to be occupied and run from place to place because I want to touch and experience everything. Ā It is an amazing world out there and I want to discover all of the new people and cultures that are part of it. Ā I suppose that is why we travel at least once every two months. Ā As I mentioned last week, I am in Bangkok to meet a good friend. Ā I was only too happy to meet here because I haven’t been to this city in more than 10 years.
I want to see how the city has evolved in this time and also get to know it again. Ā I hope that I am able to find a few restaurants that will become favorite restaurants and capture a few moments that define this city. Ā We will certainly try to take the BTS train as often as possible and still aren’t sure whether we will get out of the city. Ā But I think this trip will certainly satisfy my restlessness for some time!
Have a lovely week!

Gorgeous photos – I love the last one in the dining car of the train. I hover between being a homebody and being restless, but the good news is that I enjoy both. Have a great time, and I can’t wait to read all about your trip!
I am the same way dear and hover between being a homebody and a constant traveler. I didn’t take as many pictures as I would have liked but love Bangkok!
I think it is so awesome that you get to travel frequently. I love discovering new places myself. Enjoy your time there. This photo spread is beautiful!
Thank you dear! Bangkok is a wonderful place and I totally recommend it!
