Cold weather definitely means it is time to head indoors. But what if you headed into an igloo hotel? I found pictures of this igloo hotel in Kakslauttanen, Finland and was totally intrigued. Each guest’s room is an individual igloo! Of course you’ll be nice and cozy inside your private ice cabin. Most importantly, I would definitely consider staying in one to get a good view of this breathtaking horizon.Growing up in NYC, I usually appreciated cold accompanied by snow (at least for a few days) because it at least made the weather more bearable and fun. This kind of hotel and vista would definitely encourage me to brave the cold as well!

That sounds like fun, although I don’t like the cold for too long!! But, one or two nights would be ok!! Hope you have a great Wednesday doll! x
OMGOSH i’ve ALWAYS ALWAYS wanted to stay at an ice hotel but the hubbys always veto’d because he hates the cold but this one looks a lot more insultated!! this one is so cool.. i love that it’s like you’re sleeping under the sky with the open ceiling windows.
i just checked on nordie’s and it does appear to be sold out 🙁 :(!! i’m sorry.. i know what you mean i saw the reviews on saks and people said it was uncomfortable.. i think if you are used to wearing more stiletto type of high heels.. then the chunky heel IS a bit unusually to get use to because it is so high.. it did take a bit of practice around the house a couple of labs.. but otherwise i loved them.
i would try calling nordstroms though because a lot of times during sales people just buy buy buy and then wait to try them on and then return.. if you call the warehouse you might have a return that isn’t posted on the website.. and try contacting miu miu if you can as well because i saw a pair in frankfurt last weekend so they still might be out in the stores!
Ohhh this looks so lovely. I wish Hawaii snowed and that we had such place like this. New follow <3
I would love to be there one week, like for example a week in March soudns nice. I have heard of them!
It looks amazing and would be quite an experience but I’m just not keen on the cold at all. Btw it’s 15 degrees above avg. temps for the solstice in NYC today.
Amazing! I love the beauty of snow but don’t like being cold – this looks like a great middle ground!
