“Water is the driving force of all nature.”
Leonardo da Vinci
It’s officially summer in the Northern Hemisphere. That means longer days, soaring temperatures (my thoughts go out to those in areas with high humidity!), and more outdoor activities. I’ve really wanted to go swimming again, but the weather has been so unpredictable! It seems like it’s going to rain about 75% of the time. While it doesn’t actually rain, it seems ominous enough to make me reconsider being in the pool. It’s a shame though because I really love swimming. There is a sense of wonder and freedom being in the water. I’m also so proud of my little one because she’s becoming so much more brave in the water. She can kick around for a few feet now without holding onto anything and is generally willing to do more in the pool. Enjoy the weather. Go for a dip if you can as well. Celebrate in the water (unless it’s winter, but then hopefully you can access an indoor pool!)
Have a lovely week!
These are amazing pictures, love all the blue. i hope you have a great summer time :))
What a stunning photoshoot!
We have definitely cut back on our water related activities here as it’s winter, haha! Lucky swimming lessons for the little ones are in an indoor heated pool!
Hope that you are having a lovely start to your week after a nice weekend 🙂
Away From The Blue Blog
All the shots here that involve water are mesmerizing. I can’t say I ahve any desire to go swimming but I do love hanging out by the water :p
I don’t have a pool, but I’m close to the beach – though I hardly ever go in the water! I should, because it really can feel so healing, once I get past the potential creatures and seaweed lurking around my feet, haha.
