What would you do if you quit your job? Henrik Vikse quit his job and decided to travel around Norway with his husky, Akiak. His pictures of his adventures with Akiak are stunning! Otherwise this weekend I am…

…going out a lot! When I was with my last firm, I got a few dining certificates for participating in a social venture competition. We are finally going to be using them this weekend and my husband is so thrilled! We will be using the gift cards at two steakhouses. I’m already drooling thinking about filet mignon, lobster bisque, and creamy cheesecake (the brunch menu is pretty insane and includes all those options and more!) We are also attending a friend’s wedding at a popular tapas place in town so that should be fun. It will be really nice to go out a few times and indulge a little (ok a lot, but I think we deserve it!)
